Must DO for 2010

I just wanted to change my lifestyle and habit. Here are the things that I MUST DO for 2010.
1 . Always make time for prayer.
2. I must drink plenty water.
3. Do stretching every morning before taking a shower.
4. Eat more vegetables and eat less food that are manufactured in plants.
5. Play more games.
6. Sleep for 8 hours.
7. Minimize staying late at night.
8. Take a walk for at least 20 mins. a day.
9. Smile always.
10. Stay away from negative thoughts.
11. Know my limits.
12. Dream more while I am awake.
13. Envy is just a waste of time. I have already all I need except 'BF' - hehe!
14. Forget issues from the past so it won't spoil the present.
15. I am in charge of my happiness.
16. Laugh more.
17. Always have time to communicate with my family, relatives and friends.
18. I must keep in mind that I will always do the right thing.
19. Get rid of the things that is not useful or joyful.
20. No matter how I feel I must get up, dress up and show up because it's "SHOWTIME"-LOL!
21. Always thank God.
22. God Heals everything.
