Proprietress Nieda Ramos, maker of organic rice coffee named Cresing's Food Products after her mother "Cresilda". We tried their organic products during our Soccsksargen EXperience Tour Part Duex (SEX Tour) .

They have corn coffee 3-in-1, rice coffee 3-in-one, Lemongrass with lemonade cold drink my super favorite, I was also amazed by black rice, salted egg which they don't put color on it, Fresh dalandan and a lot more organic products available that is good for the body, rich in Vitamin C and A, very refreshing, relieves gas pain and it helps lower the cholesterol.

I'm not fun drinking coffee because my heart palpitate, but when I tried Cressing's coffee its very soothing and my heart does not palpitate anymore. One thing more rice/corn coffee has beneficial effect as it soothes one's rumbling stomach and helps cleanse your intestine as well. See the good benefits you can get from Cressing Product? Try it now!

Notre Dame of Dadiangas for Girls Batch 1995

Last Dec 26, 2010 Notre Dame of Dadiangas for Girls Batch 1995 had our 1st Grand Reunion which was held at Rosewood place. I finished my elementary at NDDFG. So, mostly of them I haven't seen for 19 years but for others who graduated there in high school after 15 years, their path cross again.

The registration was only Php 100.00, yes you read it right! Very affordable =) The lechon, drinks, some of the viands and prizes were donated by our batchmates who now lived abroad. Ivy and I paid our registration on the same night of the said event because we thought we couldn't attend. We were also late....Too bad I haven't talk to some of my close friends way back in elementary, as I was scared that they couldn't recognized me. Well, I was right! I look different now, maybe because I gained to much weight-haha! The organizers/officers called our names ( Ivy Juy Montemayor and I ) welcomed us that evening.

from left : Ivy, Tess, May, Chix,Gayle, Lorali and I
No dull moments that night, the emcee Gay and Happie ( twin sister) was extremely good to handle the crowd, Non-stop parlor games, raffles and exchange gift. Thanks to the officers/organizers for the job well done. It was great to attend a reunion, a way to nourish the past. See you on our next reunion 2015....

The team Avatar made the best Pad Thai =) We were the first group performed.

    The second group performed.....

Food tasting the most favorite part.
The cooking session with fellow bloggers was a huge success.

This is Ms. Gay Carillo a blogger/Ph.D./author of http://asciencetistinthekitchen.net who teached and shared to us the recipe. She stayed for a month in Thailand and took some cooking lesson there.

Here are the ingredients we used for Pad Thai recipe

    Papaya Salad (Som Tam)

Aside from Pad Thai, Gay also teached us how to prepare
    Papaya Salad a thai recipe
as well, very easy to prepare.
This one is spicy but bearable,
sour taste with a mixture of sweetness.
    Good for appetizer.

It was a happy Sunday to all of us. We had fun for the cooking, eating and photoshoot session. We went home with a smile on our face.
