Madonna Biceps Photos shocked me because of her veins. Maybe because she have a very low fat that is why her veins pop. But on the other half we are just human our beauty will fade away. In fairness to Madonna her face doesn't look like her age. She's still young looking. According to Tracy Anderson her personnel trainer, Madonna works out 2 hours a day and drinks coconut water to make her energy high level. I have few photos here, you will be the judge if what can you say to her biceps. We do love Madonna and consider as one of the best performer on stage.

Jim Johnson

Jim Johnson passed away on July 28, 2009 Tuesday afternoon at the age of 68. He was regarded as one of the NFL’s top defensive master mind. According to Eagles he was taking leave of absence from the team to undergo treatments due to his cancer.

Johnson was an exceptional coach, great mentor and leader. He touched the lives of so many people specially the Eagles Organization. For sure, many will gonna miss him and truly beloved by people surrounds him.

Mount Hood

Mount Hood a Volcanic Arc of northern Oregon. Multnomah Tribe called it Wy’east. Hot and dry days raised the fire risk. It is now prohibited for public cutting firewood. Even for those who have permit except for those industrial activities. Campfires are still allowed, forest officials informed campers to make the fire small and should be not left unattended. Campers held responsible for the cost if campfires escapes.

I was amazed by the photo and how beautiful for camping with family and friends. When was the last you had camping?

Jamal Bana, a 20 year old had been missing for months from his Minneapolis home. He is an engineering student. His parents has no idea where he is, until one day they received a call with a quick sentence " I'm in Somalia" ( The land they have fled). Seems like his been guarded. They think that their son was brainwashed and recruited to fight civil war between Somalia's government and Al-Shabaab. A friend told them to check on the internet last July 11. They saw a close up photo with full of blood from his head. Right now, his mother having a hard time coping on what happened. Here's a video from CNN.

Erin Andrews ESPN sports reporter violated her privacy and videotaped when she was undressing in her hotel room without her consent or knowledge. It has been now a popular in the internet search engine. Hackers grab this opportunity to take advantage. Some links claiming they have the video only to find out it is a computer virus. So you have to be careful clicking the links.

Erin's Lawyer made some actions already and those people behind this would be prosecuted by law.

For now, I have to be extra careful whenever I am in the Hotel. Who knows it might happen to me even though I'm a not celebrity..

I joined the SEO contest of Bariles for "Yaman Gensan 2009" with Side A Band All Hits Live in Gensan. Fortunately, I'm one of the top 5 lucky winners. COZY... EXHILARATING....AFFORDABLE... FRIENDLY STAFF...That's how I describe Coffee Club 101. I love sipping tea , sometimes I can't help it but to try other flavors. I was at Coffee Club 101 the other night July 15, 2009 with my friends . I had my Jasmine tea and the rest had their coffee and chocolate cake. I remembered on the second day right after the grand opening I was there, after that it become my favorite crashing place. I ussually go there 4 to 5 times a week just to relax and chitchat with friends. .

In their survey they found out the best places to live year 2009 considering the good economy and low crime rate as Money Magazine discovered. The top 3 are 1. Louisville, Colorado 2. Chanhassen, Minnesota 3. Papillion, Nebraska.Lousville top one because it has so many employers in the area as well.
