Exploring Plantation Bay Resort, Mactan Cebu

We explored Plantation Bay Resort for 6 days with my relatives Pinky, Michael, Lea, Sean, Jun, Rodge and my brother Gabriel. This place is really good for relaxation, family outing or romance. It as a lot of activities you can choose. The 5-star room is large and comfy, bathroom is very spacious. Good food and ample variety.

We took two rooms the Club Room with Loft and the Riverboat Suite. If you want to spoil yourself, go for a spa which we did, we tried the Full Body Massage (30 minutes) for Php 1,000 and Foot Heaven Massage (1 hr.) for Php 1,300 and the Skinful Pleasures (1 hr.) for Php 1,800 this is the Plantation Bay's Signature Massage. Since we stayed there for 6 days, everyday we enjoyed the different kind of massage they have.

For leisures they have Aqua Rides, Children's Activities, Gym and game room, Diving, Firing Range, Wall Climbing, Biking, Tennis, Fishing, Water Skiing and Para-sailing .

That was really wonderful bonding moments with my relatives. Been here twice and I am really in love with the place.

Family Summer Outing at Gumasa Beach

It was 15th of May we had our Family Summer Outing at White Haven, Gumasa beach. We stayed overnight and rented the Paguda room which has 3 rooms, two air conditioned rooms and one fan room, with 1 fridge, two shower room and one bath room. Each family brought viand and other kinds of food. As we all knew Filipinos loves "Lechon" (roasted pig) in every party. We got two lechon, one in the morning and one in the afternoon on the 16th of May.

The water was so lucid, I jump off right away to the water right after picture taking with the lovely sunset at Gumasa. Guess what? I stayed at the water from 5 pm until 12 midnight. The breaktime was only when we feel hungry. We also played some games in the water. On the next day, jump off to the water again at 7 p.m until 9 a.m, since the sun really strong which could hurt my skin so I decided to stop swimming.

With Cousins

Other relatives and the one from Pangasinan, followed on the next day. It was a reunion for us because we didn't see each other for 5 years, other relatives from abroad like Switzerland and Australia was having a vacation here in General Santos City as well.

Teddy Bear Collections

I just loved collecting teddy bears. Last Saturday we went to Rosal Beach located Glan Gumasa the place where my cousin and her boyfriend took a prenuptial photos. So, I decided to bring along with me my teddy bears stuff toy collections. I had my very basic photography lesson last year. Took some shots and applied what I had learned. It come out good I think. As my cousin told me that I am an artist. Thank you cousin ( Kuya Nelson) for the wonderful remarks and his wife repost my photo which I uploaded in FB. They are very appreciative persons. =) I had more photos taken at Gumasa but I decided just to upload this one. Let me know what do you think? Don't be shy to leave some comments . Thanks!

Out of Town in Glan Gumasa Photos

I was on baking class when my cellphone vibrate. Got a text from my friend kane telling me that we'll go to Gumasa Beach overnight at 4 pm. It is 45 minutes from my City. So I replied "YES" I'll join with them. It was 9 of us there. We had some BBQ party at the beach, played some cards. Few didn't join including myself and it's not my cup of tea playing cards with money involve. So I just joyfully watched them. I love Gumasa beach so much, water is lucid, white sand and wonderful sunset. We slept around 3 A.M. and woke up at 6;30 A.M. Some went to the beach and few of us prepared our breakfast. After taking our breakfast, we continued playing the card game without money involve this time. I attach here some photos of the beach, view on our way home and the tent where I slept.

What can you say to this wonderful beach? For sure if you guys are there you won't think twice to jump into the water..Have a nice day!

Family Summer Outing at Gumasa Beach

Happy Thursday evening to all beach lovers. It was 2^nd week of April we had our Family outing at Gumasa “Rosal” Beach Resort, Glan. It was fun because most of the family members were able to join. We always have a family gathering but for us to be complete only happen once in blue moon due the reason that some family member lives abroad. My Aunt Lucia ( from Switzerland), Aunt Remy ( Australia) and cousin Apple ( Holland) are having there short vacation here in Philippines with their husbands from March to April 2008. It’s been a while I haven’t seen a sunset at the beach. We really enjoyed the scenery and took a lot of photos. We even stayed overnight there. The funny thing was the room that we had for a reservation was given to someone else. It was getting dark. We didn’t want to go back home because the beach location was far from our residence. Our elders decided to enjoy our stay there. It was a new experienced for all of us because we slept on the sand but of course using the blankets. We used our bag as our pillow. Some slept in the open cottage. While we laid down on the sand, some relatives were playing board games on the white sand , nephews and nieces were busy building sand castle, my cousins (Toni and Cherrie Mae) and I had such wonderful time star gazing and having a good conversation . We saw so many falling star, it’s been a while haven’t seen those in the City. Eventhough we were very uncomfortable sleeping but that experienced is one of the best thing happened in my life.

Waking up with the waves on our second day at 5 a.m.. The water was lucid and smelled fresh air in the surroundings. Some kids jump right away into the water. Well, I'm also guilty -haha! I took breakfast at 8 a.m., Afterwards we prepared packing up our things because we must leave before lunch. On our way home, everyone was fallen asleep inside the car except for the drivers..We are all exhausted.Whew!!! We really had fun fun fun fun fun!!!!!
