Seafood Lovers

I’m fun collecting recipes that's why I'm currently on my culinary training right now. I'm searching for a recipe which the main ingredient is a shrimp. If you have shrimps preparation in your table it's considered special viand here in Philippines. Luckily, I came across to a cook off website which is Great American Seafood Cook Off 2008. Wow! There were five Chef’s competing. All recipes are great. I prefer and choose Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet by Chef Brian Landry in Louisiana because I’m a shrimp lover and I find it easy to prepare the ingredients is easy to find here in my city. It’s also perfect to prepare for your family and friends. Surely, 100% they will love this scrumptious food. I can’t wait to try this one. I just cast my vote to the recipe which I really like. . I'll just alter Michelob Amber beer to save some cost into a soda. Cool isn’t it? I love the herbs being used on this recipe as well. Using domestic seafood can help our economy rise, we can assure that it's fresh, very nutritious, affordable and delicious.

If you love to cook for your family, why don’t you visit the site www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com and try their recipes and cast your votes as well. I assured you that you won’t regret because you have also a chance to win a Trip to New Orleans. Isn’t it great? What are you waiting for? Come and vote now!
