The second group performed.....

Food tasting the most favorite part.
The cooking session with fellow bloggers was a huge success.

This is Ms. Gay Carillo a blogger/Ph.D./author of http://asciencetistinthekitchen.net who teached and shared to us the recipe. She stayed for a month in Thailand and took some cooking lesson there.

Here are the ingredients we used for Pad Thai recipe

Papaya Salad (Som Tam)

Aside from Pad Thai, Gay also teached us how to prepare
Papaya Salad a thai recipe
as well, very easy to prepare.
This one is spicy but bearable,
sour taste with a mixture of sweetness.
Good for appetizer.

It was a happy Sunday to all of us. We had fun for the cooking, eating and photoshoot session. We went home with a smile on our face.

Ocean Park HongKong

Ocean Park Hong Kong is Asia's premier sea life and animal theme park. The park features one of the largest aquariums ( Atoll Reef) in the world and is the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia. Other attractions include exhibits of sea lions, dolphins, birds and Giant Pandas. In addition to the animals, a large assortment of thrill rides will provide a fun filled day for all visitors.

I had this mouth-watering dessert, the fruit on top was really fresh.

Finally I saw a real Giant Pandas, it looks lovely.

We had a ride on this that take us to the restaurant for our lunch, while riding I saw a beautiful nature.

If you are in Ocean Park, you must not missed to watch the Dolhin show. It's really awesome.

Hong Kong Disneyland

Hong Kong Disneyland . Step into a wondrous world of exciting and enchanting lands. Beloved characters and imaginary places of make-believe come to life. Thrilling adventures in fun-filled attractions as dreams are brought magically to life for the young and the young at heart, creating memories that last forever.
I enjoyed travelling to different places. It was one of my wildest dream to see and visit Disneyland when I was in younger years. I never thought this would come true when I got an SMS from my cousin Paulines that she's going to Hong Kong with her mom since there was promo, asking me if I would like to join with them. That was a very short noticed since we will be leaving in 3 weeks. I immediately said "yes" since its very affordable for me plus a package tour for Macau. ( I'll blog Macau on my next topic). I have never been to Hong Kong before, so this was my first time.
This is Jay our handsome and very kind tour guide. I remembered my cousin and I had so many gaffe during the trip and his always there for us. Though my cousin been there couple of times already.
A photo with Donald Duck one of the famous cartoon character of Disney. This is my cousin Paulines.
One of the shows we watched. It's a good one, a story about Lion King.
Before you enter for a tour inside don't ever forget to grab your disney guide map and the different schedules of the shows, or else you will missed one half of your life.
Take a bunch of photos while waiting for the fireworks the highlights of HK Disneyland. We're totally exhausted when we got back to hotel. Wish to come back there next time around. And of course our day would not be complete without shopping in Disneyland. Bought some souvenirs item for myself and "pasalubong" for my family. to my fellow readers, have you ever been to HK Disneyland?

Family Summer Outing at Gumasa Beach

Gumasa in day time
The water was so lucid, I jump off right away to the water right after picture taking with the lovely sunset at Gumasa. Guess what? I stayed at the water from 5 pm until 12 midnight. The breaktime was only when we feel hungry. We also played some games in the water. On the next day, jump off to the water again at 7 p.m until 9 a.m, since the sun really strong which could hurt my skin so I decided to stop swimming.
Sunset in Gumasa beach so lovely.
With Cousins
Other relatives and the one from Pangasinan, followed on the next day. It was a reunion for us because we didn't see each other for 5 years, other relatives from abroad like Switzerland and Australia was having a vacation here in General Santos City as well.

ZAIA Experienced at Macau

ZAIA is a show that highlights dance, movement and aerial acrobatics, soaring to the farthest reaches of space and human beauty. I just love this show which mesmerized me and the other audience. It's a 90 minute mega-production will bring together 75 high caliber artists. Presented in one of the most impressive theatres ever created by Cirque du Soleil.
It's a not a good angle since its forbidden to take a shot.
ZAIA is the dream of a young girl who journeys into space on a strange, yet familiar voyage of self-discovery. As she travels, she encouters the beauty of humanity and eventually brings back with her to share with the inhabitants of earth. ZAIA comes from a greek name meaning "life" and is also reminiscent of " Gaia" the living, self-aware, spirit of earth.
Getting ready to enter the theater
While waiting for the show to start, the clown entertain us and gave flowers to the selected audience. We are one of the luckiest audience , my Aunt got one.
This is the most dazzling spectacle ever staged in Asia only at THE VENETIAN, MACAO. A must see show if you are in Macau.
