White Puto and Siopao in Gensan

I am always elated every Wednesday of the week because it's my Baking Class . Today we learned how to make "White Puto" and "Siopao". I find it hard to make the dough of the siopao because you need force to mash the dough and sweat a lot in order to make one. Except if you have air conditioned kitchen, haha! My classmates and I enjoyed putting fillings into siopao. It is my first time to see how to make those stuff. I remembered when I'm craving for siopao I just went to chowking buy some. But now I know how to make it, its better to have a homemade siopao rather than buying it. It is more fresh and yummy. If you want to know and get your own recipes please visit my other blog Red Bug Recipes which I will post soon. Enjoy viewing!

Do you ever like to eat siopao and white puto? If you love baking why not try our recipes .
